Is it possible to demonstrate a measurable impact of Leadership Development initiatives *on the business*? We'll be exploring this topic, hosted by Culturevists at the Financial Times.

So far we've seen a lot of programmes that measure what people learn on the programme itself, but don't even to try to quantify how, or why, that's made them better leaders for the company.

We'll be inviting people to share examples of being able to demonstrate measurable impact on the business from their leadership interventions, and how they went about making that happen. We're also hoping to hear some great ideas around Leadership Development content and structure of programmes and initiatives.

Culturevist is a network of people creating companies people love. We are in companies such as Airbnb, Buffer, Monzo and Harrods. This is an event for us all to learn, rather than to sell.
